BaxterStorey achieve World Class Safety status, cementing themselves as the first ever Business & Industry Sector Caterer to achieve the prestigious milestone. The status was awarded by Hospitality Assured, the quality standard developed by the Institute of Hospitality.
World Class Safety
BaxterStorey were awarded a 86.4% mark in their Hospitality Assured assessment, eclipsing the sector average mark of 73.2% and placing BaxterStorey as the highest scoring organisation on the leaderboard.
In order to achieve this feat, BaxterStorey were assessed by Hospitality Assured against the nine steps of their Hospitality Assured standard. These steps range “from customer research and business planning to service delivery and how organisations use customer feedback to improve services.” This process was devised in order to accurately assess hospitality businesses on their customer experience and continuous improvement.
As a result of scoring higher than 80% in all nine individual steps, BaxterStorey earned themselves the prestigious World Class status.
